Trauma-Informed Transpersonal Psychology

How to access the power of our life-force energy  through the integration of psychology, spirituality and science.

Dr. Arielle Warner

PhD Transpersonal Psychology

As a psychotherapist, group facilitator and lecturer I integrate spirituality, psychology and science to improve quality of life and reduce stress at different phases of the cycle of life and death.

My focus is on trauma-informed mind-body-spirit practices and approaches in mental and physical health to help people access the healing power of their life force energy and authentic true selves in challenging times.

I believe that one’s healing and transformation process is enabled by becoming more aware of and developing a compassionate and accepting attitude toward the different parts of ourselves. This includes the painful parts of ourselves which were created as survival mechanisms and were difficult for us to face in our life’s journey.

In my work I help people expand their ability to face inner and outer difficulties and trauma  while accessing the supportive and healing power of their spirit and heart.
